We are Catarina and Henria, two documentary filmmakers based in Lisbon. In 2022, we founded Existentia Films with one purpose: telling real human stories with authenticity.
Today, we work with conscious brands, wellness organizations and impact-driven projects, giving visibility to the people and initiatives contributing to shape the world we want to see. With 100+ interviews filmed and 5 international festival selections, we bring a human, sensitive, and cinematic approach to every frame.
